Casa Comunità is a quick 5 minute drive to the Healdsburg Plaza—the heart of town with shops, tasting rooms and restaurants. Many of the top Healdsburg wineries are within a short drive (10–15 minutes) from the property, making Casa Comunità a convenient home base for all of your wine-country adventures.
Do you offer parking?
Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
What about airport transportation or local transit?
The closest regional airport is Sonoma County Airport (STS), about 20 minutes from our B&B; other options include San Francisco International (SFO) or Oakland (OAK).

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is typically at 3:00 pm.
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
If you’d like an earlier check-in or late check-out, let us know ahead of time. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability (especially helpful after a day of Healdsburg wine tasting!).
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your stay, we offer a full refund of your prepayment when canceled 14 days or more before arrival. If your plans shift closer to your check-in date, the reservation becomes non-refundable, but we’re always happy to explore rebooking options when possible.
How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve directly via our website (which always offers the best available rate and full inventory). Simply select your dates, choose your room and complete the booking. If you prefer, you may call us for assistance at 707-836-6316.
Do you allow dogs?
While we love dogs, at this time we do not have any pet-friendly suites. Our goal is to keep the cottages and rooms comfortable for all guests, including those with allergies.
